CFD Intern (OpenFOAM)

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are passionate about fluid dynamics and CFD.
Last date of submission: 31st January 2022

Title: CFD Intern (OpenFOAM)
Location: Work from home, anywhere from India (Remote working using our computing resources)
No. of positions: 2
Duration: 3 Months (Will be extended based on performance)
Start Date: 15th Feb 2022
Experience: 0 year (Final year or prefinal year students are preferred)
Education: BTech/BE or MTech/MS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
Salary: Stipend of INR 10000-15000 per month

Skills:
– Strong fundamentals (Fluid dynamics, Heat transfer, and Thermodynamics),
– Good understanding of CFD fundamentals (FVM, FDM, Turbulence models).
– CFD Tools: OpenFOAM (Mandatory), ANSYS Fluent, CFX, ICEMCFD and SpaceClaim
Programming: MATLAB/Octave, C/C++

CFD Engineer

Title: CFD Engineer
Location: Work from home, anywhere from India (Remote working using our computing resources)
Experience: 0-3 years
Education: MTech/MS or Ph.D. in Mechanical/Aerospace/Chemical Engineering
Skills:
– Strong fundamentals (Fluid dynamics, Heat transfer and Thermodynamics),
– Good understanding of CFD fundamentals (FVM, FDM, Turbulence models).
– CFD Tools: OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, CFX, ICEMCFD and SpaceClaim

– Linux and HPC experience will be an added advantage

System Analysis Engineer

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are passionate about system-level modeling, 1-D simulation, fluid dynamics, and CFD.
Last date of submission: 21st November 2021

Title: System Simulation Engineer
Location: Work from home, anywhere from India (Remote working using our computing resources)
Experience: 0-5 years
Education: MTech/MS or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
– Strong fundamentals (Fluid dynamics, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Heat & Mass Transfer, and Thermodynamics),
– Good understanding of process simulation and system-level modelling
– Good understanding of CFD fundamentals (FVM, FDM, Turbulence models).
– System/Process Simulation Tools: Aspen HYSYS or DWSIM (Mandatory)
– 1D Tool: AMESim, GTPower or Simulink (Mandatory)
– Programming: MATLAB/Octave, C/C++, or Python
– CFD Tools: OpenFOAM/ANSYS Fluent/CFX
– Linux and HPC experience (will be an added advantage)

Other skills/Expectations:
– Team player, good communication skills (both written and oral)
– Quick learner who is willing to learn new skills and advanced topics
– Willing to travel (both domestic and international)

Responsibilities::
– Perform system/process and 1-D simulation for Industrial projects (Main task)
– Perform CFD simulation using OpenFOAM and commercial CFD codes
